| Abstract: | Xây dựng, ban hành văn bản sửa đổi, bổ sung văn bản quy phạm pháp luật là một trong những biện pháp nhằm đáp ứng kịp thời trong công tác quản lý nhà nước. Bài viết phân tích quy trình ban hành văn bản sửa đổi, bổ sung văn bản quy phạm pháp luật theo quy định hiện hành. Qua đó, kiến nghị một số giải pháp nhằm hoàn thiện quy trình ban hành văn bản sửa đổi, bổ sung văn bản quy phạm pháp luật. |
