dc.description.abstractNhằm tối ưu hóa việc sản xuất bánh nói chung và bánh Donut nói riêng, chúng tôi thiết kế bộ điều khiển và thực hiện thao tác làm bánh tự động. Chúng tôi đã thiết kế MÁY LÀM BÁNH DONUT TỰ ĐỘNG. Hệ thống này được xây dựng trên các thiết bị như: Vi điều khiển Atmega328, Module điều khiển, Module cảm biến. Kết quả hệ thống có khả năng tạo hình bánh, thực hiện thao tác chiên, lật bánh, cảm biến và điều khiển thông số hoạt động của máy, ngoài ra nhờ giao tiếp với máy tính, người dùng có thể theo dõi hoạt động của máy từ phần mềm, quản lí cơ sở dữ liệu lưu trữ....
