| Abstract: | Sau khi thí điểm thành công chi trả dịch vụ môi trường rừng (DVMTR) tại 2 tỉnh Sơn La và Lâm Đồng trong giai đoạn từ năm 2008 đến 2010, ngày 24/9/2010 Chính phủ đã chính thức ban hành Nghị định số 99/2010/NĐ-CP về chính sách chi trả DVMTR để triển khai áp dụng thống nhất trên phạm vi cả nước kể từ ngày 01/01/2011. |
