dc.description.abstractIn this research, aloe vera peeling and dicing System is designed and manufactured with high capacity of 5 ton/hr. The System consists of aloe vera fillet, peeling and dicing mechanisms. The System is experimented and tested for different speeds of the roller as well as leaf thickness. It is concluded thai for getting the maximum gel peeling efficiency 98.56%, the System should be carried out at rotation speed of 75 rpm for 20-22 mm thickness of aloe vera leaves. The dicing efficiency also exhibits high results with mechanisms help changing the flexible sizes of aloe vera dice. Moreover, the System also shows the high stability for working capacity of 5 ton/h while running continously in more ten hours.vi_VN
