dc.description.abstractEugenol oxidase (EUGO) là enzyme thuộc họ enzyme vanillyl alcohol oxidase, có khả năng xúc tác phản ứng oxi hóa vanillyl alcohol thành vanillin hương liệu tạo mùi vanillin được sử dụng rộng rãi trong công nghiệp thực phẩm, mỹ phẩm và dược phẩm. EUGO dà dược tạo dòng, biểu hiện trong vi khuẩn E. coli TOP10 và được tinh sạch bằng kĩ thuật sắc kí trao đổi anion Q-Sepharose nhưng độ tinh sạch thấp. Nhằm cải thiện hiệu suất quá trình tinh sạch EUGO, trong nghiên cứu này, chúng tôi tạo dòng và biểu hiện EUGO trong vi khuẩn E. coli Tunetta thông qua vector pET-28a.vi_VN
