Abstract

Based on secondary materials and observations of the practicality of urban research, this article will provide and discuss the connotations, features and criteria of smart cities and sustainable cities in order to initiate and propose new models and approaches in establishing and developing smart cities towards sustainable cities that are for their civilians.
