dc.description.abstractToday, Building Information Modeling (BIM) has evolved into a necessity for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AFC) industry in Vietnam. BIM technology takes new meanings for project delivery by providing a Virtual intellectual model. The application of BIM has been identified as bringing many great benefits to construction projects. Besides, it also faces many significant barriers in practice. This study has conducted to comprehensively review the application of BIM in construction projects around the world, and then systematically fmd out its critical benefits and barriers in factory projects.vi_VN
