| Abstract: | A project to replace the Cat Lai Ferry with a bridge has been considered by HCMC and Dong Nai Province since the beginning of 2016. "Untying the knot" will help develop the Southern Key Economic Zone. However due to financial difficulties, in the middle of November 2018, in accordance to suggestions from Dong Nai province, Dong Nai is assigned as a State's office which has responsibilities to carry out the project. An investor- Deo Ca J.S Group- is currently doing procedures to take over the project in form of BOT. |
