dc.description.abstractTừ cây Sâm đại hành Eleutherine bulbosa thu hái ở tỉnh An Giang, một hợp chất sterol và dẫn xuất sterol gắn đường cùng với hai hợp chất napthoquinones đã được cô lập. Cấu trúc của bốn hợp chất trên được xác định bằng phổ cộng hưởng từ hạt nhân 1D và 2D-NMR là ß-sitosterol (1), ß-Sitosterol-3-O-ß-D-glucopy-ranoside (2), eleutherin (3) và isoeleutherin (4). Eleutherin và isoeleutherin cho thấy khả năng ức chế tế bào ung thư biểu mô KB với giá trị IC50 lần lượt là 8.99 ± 0.71 và 10.40 ± 0.92 pM.vi_VN
