dc.description.abstractIndicators of educational quality in the Northwest Area arc still low compared to growing demand of socio-economic development in our country. Therefore, enhancement of quality of training professional competence of teachers and educational administrators is necessary and can be seen the key factor in raising intellectual standards of people in the region. This article mentions situation of professional competence of teaching staff and educational administrators in Northwest Area and proposes some particular solutions and policies for training and developing professional competence for teachers and the managers in this area.vi_VN
