| Abstract: | Phytochemical study on the leaves of Fissistigma balansae led to the isolation of one new sesquiterpene glycoside, (35,6E)-3-0-β-D-glucopyranosyl-8-hydroxy-3,7,11-trimethyldodeca-1,6,10-triene (1), and six known compounds, aromandendrane-4β,10α-diol (2), phloridzosid (3), astragalin (4), isoquercitrin (5), and rutin (6), acanthoside B (7). Their chemical structures were identified by HR-ESI-MS and NMR (ID and 2D) spectra. This is the first report of these compounds from F. balansae. |
