Developing agriculture, farmers, and rural areas in the spirit of the fifth session of the 13th party central committee

Abstract

Agriculture, farmers, and rural areas play a vital role in the stability and development of the country. Therefore, while leading the Vietnamese revolution, the Party always upholds its position and role and builds guidelines to promote agriculture, farmers, and rural development. The article analyzes problems and challenges based on the perspective of Resolution 19-NQ/TW, Fifth Session, 13th Party Central Committee. It proposes solutions to promote the development of agriculture, farmers, and rural areas in Vietnam.
