Some solutions to enhance the quality of cadres and civil servants responding Vietnamese Digital Government requirements today

Abstract

The cadres and civil servants play an important role during the process of building the Digital Government in Vietnam. In recent times, they have made significant efforts to implement digital transformation; however, challenges still exist. This article analyses the current situation and proposes some solutions to enhance the quality of cadres and civil servants' quality, contributing to the Digital Government's development in Vietnam today.
