Developing a flexible, modern, efficient, sustainable, and integrated Vietnam's labor market - Current situation and solutions

Abstract

The current situation of rapid and complex international economic developments includes both favorable and difficult factors. After the Covid-19 pandemic, many Vietnamese economic aspects were affected directly, including the labor market. With attention and directions from the Party and State, Vietnam's labor market has achieved many positive results. The article evaluates the current situation of Vietnam's labor market, thereby proposing recommendations for the development of a flexible, modern, efficient, sustainable, and integrated labor market in the new situation of Vietnam.
