dc.description.abstract | The study aimed to evaluate the effects of temperature, growth performance and sex ratio of frogs from the froglet to the adult stage conducted for 60 days at different temperatures. The result show that the frogs reached high weight at 30°C and significant difference compared to those raised at 24°C (p<0.05); . Daily weight gain and specific growth rate reached the highest value was also reach at the 30°C t the lowest value at the 24°C treatment. The eye length of frogs had the highest value in the 30⁰C treatment (7.8 cm), and the lowest value in the 24⁰C treatment (5.74 cm). Daily length growth and specific length ratio reached values at 33⁰C treatment (DLGe3 0.081 cm/day) (SLRe3 1.6 and 24°C (DLGe3 0.064cm/day) (SLRe3 1.4 %/day). Similarly, the frog's mouth length had the highest value in the 30⁰C treatment,, the lowest value was also in the 24ºC treatment and was statistically different (p<0.05). Daily mouth length growth and reached the highest value at 33⁰C and lowest at 24ºC. Specific growth rate mouth length reached the highest value in the 27⁰C treatment (1.63 %/day) and the lowest value in the 24ºC treatment (1.55 %/day). Feed conversion rate was the highest value in the 33⁰C treatment (1.26) and the lowest value in the 27⁰C treatment (1.15). The survival rate of frogs was highest at 24ºC and lowest at 27°C (82.33%) and significant differences between each others (p<0.05).The percentage of male frogs after 60 days of culture at different temperatures reached the highest value at 24°C and the lowest value at 30°C and the female ratio highest in 30⁰C, lowest in 24ºC, there was no statistically significant difference (p > 0.05) .The results show that frog farming is good at temperatures ranging from 30ºC to 33°C, the optimal temperature is 30°C. | vi_VN |
