Investment Management in Public Construction in Vietnam

Abstract

This paper is to gather information about current development stage of Vietnam public investment in construction sectors. As one of the most crucial sectors of national development, constriction/infrastructure should be seriously and heavily invested in both quantity and quality. Vietnam current project management is facing certain critics of quality and final result-satisfaction. Examining the presence of projects can also evaluate the State's key role in managing them with productivity and efficiency.
