BUILDING A MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR A HOUSEKEEPING COMPANY

Abstract

This thesis presents the development of an online housekeeping service management system for a company providing such services, built on a web platform using Vue.js for the frontend and implemented with Express and Node.js for the backend. The system offers cleaning services to meet the needs of customers. It enables customers to choose services and request them with the desired number of employees. Company staff can register to fulfill service requests, and upon company approval, proceed with the service according to the schedule and requirements of the order. The system's functionality includes managing services and employees from the company side, processing customer requests, and assigning employees to execute the orders. Customers can leave feedback on the performance of individual employees after an order is completed. The system ensures that each employee can only handle one order at a time, with order status management including statuses such as "Pending," "Request Successful," "In Progress," and "Completed".
