dc.description.abstractThis research aims to improve the admission consultation process at the College of Information and Communication Technology, Can Tho University, in the context of increasing competition in higher education. The study applies a chatbot system that uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, specifically TfidfVectorizer and DistilBERT, to analyze and classify user queries. The results show that the chatbot can accurately answer a wide range of questions, contributing to significant improvements in response time and user satisfaction. Evaluation metrics, including accuracy and F1-score, indicate that the chatbot outperforms traditional methods. Overall, the implementation of the chatbot helps enhance the efficiency of the admission consultation process and also provides the university with an opportunity to apply technology in meeting the needs of prospective students.vi_VN
