A MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR TRAVEL COMPANIES

Abstract

Context: With the explosion of information technology, building a website is extremely important, especially when e-commerce is becoming more and more popular. This tool helps businesses gain many benefits: if businesses know how to take advantage of website resources, promoting products and services will save huge costs, bringing business efficiency in the future. Especially for businesses that want to bring their brand to potential customers quickly, a website is the best choice, there will be no worries about advertising restrictions, because when owning a website, you will be able to freely promote your tourism products without being limited by quantity. Objective: The topic was built with the goal of creating favorable conditions for Vietnamese tourism service companies to reach users more easily and effectively. In addition, the website also aims to develop domestic tourism services for famousplaces that people do not know yet, helping people understand the tourist destinations and customs there, helping people have more understanding of the places they want to go. Method: The website is built in Vietnamese with ExpressJS technology in the backend, combined with using React.App as the interface, the data systemwill bestored in the MongoDB database system. In addition, it also integrates the prominent online payment method in Vietnam, VNPay for domestic payment andPaypal for international payment. Results: Successfully built a website with a complete interface andfeatures,ensuring that it meets the requirements and is highly practical. Supports both administrators, employees and users. With all the necessary features suchas: Confirming tour bookings with Google, booking tours, choosing departure and return dates, statistics, etc. Promises to meet the growing needs of Indie game players and Indie developers.
