ONLINE HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES STORE WITH CUSTOMER CONSULTING CHATBOT

Abstract

Nowadays, online shopping for household appliances has become increasingly popular due to its convenience, variety, and accessibility. However, there are still significant challenges in providing personalized customer support and assisting customers in making informed purchase decisions. Customers often struggle with navigating through numerous product options and may not have enough information to make a confident decision. Furthermore, traditional customer service methods, such as email or phone support, may not provide the instant assistance that many online shoppers seek. To address these issues, this thesis proposes the development of an online household appliances store integrated with a customer consulting chatbot. The chatbot, powered by Rasa, will offer real-time assistance to customers, answering their inquiries, suggesting products based on their preferences, and providing detailed product information. The system aims to enhance the online shopping experience by creating an interactive, user-friendly, and responsive platform. Built with VueJS for the front-end, Node.js for the back-end, and SQL Server for database management, the system is designed to streamline the purchasing process and improve customer satisfaction. This solution is intended to bridge the gap between traditional e-commerce platforms and advanced AI-driven customer service, making online shopping more personalized and efficient for users.
