A MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR FAST FOOD SHOPS

Abstract

Fast food shops are also growing in popularity for dining and having parties, as many of these restaurants are offering dine-in services. Back then when technology had not evolved sufficient, the functioning of fast-food shops was done manually which took a long time and most of times gave out dissatisfactory results. Today, with the rapid advancement of technology, managing fast-food restaurants has become much easier and more efficient. The activities within the restaurant can now be controlled efficiently. A management system for fast-food shops was designed to overcome the challenges mentioned above. It sorts the tasks on points of front staff and also makes managing operations easier and more accurate for shop owner. The system is built on the ASP.NET MVC framework, using Visual Studio 2022 as the development tool and Microsoft SQL Server as the database management system. Additionally, it incorporates essential libraries such as EntityFramework for database management, Razor for dynamic user interfaces and jQuery to improve user experience.
