Priorities for athletes' health have garnered attention in recent years. The integration of technology and nutritional science presented difficulties, necessitating a thorough investigation of food sources and their nutritional value in order to finish this project. We created a smartphone app to monitor athletes' dietary intake and encourage sensible food management in response to these demands. By recommending foods, the app assists users in identifying the nutrients their bodies need, calculates the best time to reach a desired weight using body index, offers personalized food suggestions to promote healthy nutritional balance and exercises are appropriate for each type of muscle. With its easy-to-use interface, this program allows users to log their daily dietary intake, recommend activities for each muscle group, and receive individualized nutrition based on their current physical condition. In conclusion, this thesis advances sports nutrition technology by creating a useful app that helps athletes establish sustainable, healthier eating habits.vi_VN
