Abstract: | The costume rental management system has important functions to help the store operate effectively during peak times. First is product management, tracking the status of each costume, the time to borrow and return to optimize product rotation, reducing customer waiting time. Next, appointment management and reminders help arrange rental and return schedules, automatically remind customers about the time to return costumes, reducing the risk of late or canceled appointments. The system also has the function of order management, from registration to transaction completion, ensuring fast and accurate processing. Invoice and payment management tracks each transaction in detail and updates revenue in real time, helping the store understand the financial situation. The employee management and authorization function allows the store to assign appropriate authority to employees and administrators to closely monitor the entire operation. At the same time, the system also provides detailed statistics and revenue reports, supporting the store to analyze trends and adjust business strategies. Finally, the customer interaction feature through a friendly interface and online support helps customers easily look up information and order costumes. All of these functions help optimize business operations, ensure professional service and quickly meet customer needs. |
