dc.description.abstractThesis: “Building an Online Healthcare Management System” includes three user groups: users (patients), doctors, and administrators. It is designed to assist users who need to book medical appointments and access relevant information. Features include viewing lists of doctors by medical facilities and specialties, viewing detailed doctor profiles, filtering doctors by location, and accessing lists of medical facilities and specialties with detailed information. Users can also browse articles and guides, view their details, view the system’s introduction, switch website languages, and chat via chatbot. When viewing a doctor's profile, users can see details such as clinic address, consultation fees, and available schedules by date. After reviewing the information and finding it satisfactory, users can book medical appointments for themselves or others. For doctors, the system facilitates managing medical schedules, patient records, creating patient profiles, and managing them efficiently. For administrators, the system allows managing user accounts, doctors' schedules, clinics, specialties, guides, products, categories, and treatment regimens. I have researched the operations and essential features of an online appointment and healthcare management website to build the project. It utilizes technologies such as HTML, SCSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, backend frameworks like NodeJS, frontend development with ReactJS and Redux, and PostgreSQL for database management. Additionally, technologies like Docker, Vercel, Supabase and Render are integrated to deploy the website in a production environment.vi_VN
