dc.description.abstractSoutheast Asia is located in the tropical humid monsoon climate area. adjacent to the sea. Therefore, Steel structures during their working life are affected by many factors leading to destruction such as the harsh environment and external forces. However, the destruction of steel structures, in addition to exceeding the load bearing capacity, is one of the common causes of initial cracks formed by cyclical dynamic loads. Initial cracks form and propagate, causing fractures leading to sudden destruction of the steel structure. Especially when the crack development process is combined with corrosion, it creates Corrosion Fatigue destruction. The results of this study showed that the corrusion Fatigue destruction point occurs randomly, suddenly and depends on the shape of the corrosion hole on the surface of the steel structure. The analysis results were performed on corroded steel specimens using the finite element method to accurately find the destruction point regardless of the level of corrosion. This method can be completely applied to predict the destruction point of corroded steel structures without having to carry out experimental measures. In addition, it can provide knowledge to build design standards for corroded steel structures.vi_VN
