Abstract: Analyze relationship between internal communication, employee engagement, job satisfaction, and employee loyalty in AIESEC organization in Vietnam that conducted by the internal survey in January. Based on this analysis, the study will evaluate the factors that impact on employee loyalty and propose solutions to improve the employee loyalty and HR operation. In addition, it will support the development of Vietnam's HR industry and contribute to the further development of employee loyalty.
