Abstract

In the context of rapid socioeconomic development and the explosive growth of the 4.0 technology revolution, the hospitality industry is undergoing significant transformation to meet the demands of modern travelers. As tourism and business travel continue to expand, hotels play an increasingly vital role in providing accommodation and services. However, many hotels still rely on manual processes that are time-consuming and prone to error. This has created a growing demand for efficient, accurate, and user-friendly digital solutions. In response to this need, this topic, titled Hotel Management System, aims to design and develop a web-based platform that enhances both the guest experience and internal hotel operations through the application of modern information technology.
