In recent years, coffee shops combining with other forms have become increasingly popular in Vietnam. Some of these coffee shop models include: 1. Coffee shop with art workshops: Coffee shops that offer art workshops or painting classes alongside their regular coffee services. Customers can enjoy their coffee while engaging in artistic activities. 2. Cat cafés: Coffee shops that have resident cats for customers to interact with. These cafés provide a relaxing and cozy environment for cat lovers to enjoy their coffee while spending time with furry companions. 3. Coffee shop with plant nursery: Coffee shops that incorporate plant nurseries or gardens into their premises. Customers can enjoy their coffee amidst greenery and even purchase plants to take home. These types of coffee shop models attract young labor, especially students, who can work part-time while pursuing their passions. These models often focus more on their unique features rather than solely managing the coffee shop. Sometimes, the owners may not have extensive business knowledge, so they manage their expenses manually using paper notes. Current students often seek part-time work for extra income, even if it is not directly related to their field of study. Some students may be shy or hesitant in communicating with coffee shop owners. Considering these reasons, I have decided to develop a coffee shop management system with a simple interface and basic features to improve relationships and communication among shop members. The system aims to be user-friendly for both shop owners and staff. The system is web-based and designed for two main user roles: Admin and Staff. It is developed using the PHP programming language.vi_VN
