dc.description.abstractThis study examines the effects of Lao Cai sourced graphite on the mechanical and electrical properties of high strength fine grained concrete (HSFGC). Graphite was incorporated at 0%, 1%, 5%, and 10% by cement weight. Results showed a significant reduction in compressive and flexural strengths with increasing graphite content, while electrical conductivity improved markedly due to the formation of an internal conductive network. The mechanical degradation is attributed to graphite's soft texture, poor bonding, and chemical inertness. These findings demonstrate the potential of utilizing indigenous graphite to develop multifunctional, smart concrete materials for advanced infrastructure and smart city applications in Vietnam.vi_VN
