dc.description.abstract | Speaking is an important skills that language learners need to acquire so that they can master language skills. There are many techniques used to improve the learners’ speaking skills. Among them, Think-Pair-Share technique is assessed to be an effective method that help improve the learners’ speaking skills. This technique has been applied in education context in order to enhance language skills among students. This study aims to find out the advantages towards the use of the Think-Pair-Share (TPS) technique in enhancing students’ speaking skills. Quantitative method is employed to analyze data generated from questionnaire survey. The participants include students of non English majored students from 11 majors of School of Education. Based on a comprehensive quantitative and data analysis, this study confirms that a majority of the students have positive perceptions of the impact of TPS on boosting the students’ communication skills, building their confidence, promoting their language development and accuracy to express ideas in English. The findings of this study is implacable for teachers, students, educators and policy makers. | vi_VN |
