Abstract

The thesis titled “Building a Website to Book Medical Appointments Integrated with a Chatbot” focuses on the development and deployment of an online platform that enables patients or users to conveniently search for and book medical appointments. The study covers all major phases, including user needs analysis, interface design, source code implementation, and system deployment. It emphasizes essential components such as building a structured database of doctors, hospitals, and clinics, as well as designing the appointment booking process. In addition, the thesis explores functionalities such as user management, integration of online payments, and the development of features like searching, booking, and income tracking. It also addresses key challenges encountered during development, including ensuring user data security, optimizing system performance, and enhancing the overall user experience. Finally, the system’s effectiveness is evaluated through user feedback, and recommendations are proposed for future improvements and additional features.
