Abstract

The increasing demand for domestic helper services in urban areas in Viet Nam has created a significant gap between service seekers and providers, often resulting in inefficient matching processes and unreliable service quality. This thesis presents the development of a comprehensive web-based platform designed to facilitate the search and booking of domestic helpers for Vietnamese people, addressing the challenges of service discovery and quality assurance. The research is significant as it aims to bridge the gap between service seekers and providers, thereby improving the efficiency and reliability of domestic helper services. The methodology employed includes database design using MongoDB, implementation with modern web technologies and frameworks, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, React.js,... The platform is comprehensive, incorporating profile management, search and filtering capabilities, job posting, booking systems, notifications, and messages, to ensure a complete solution for domestic helper service seekers and providers. The system has been rigorously tested and has consistently demonstrated its ability to connect service seekers with qualified domestic helpers. It also provides features such as user reviews and rating systems, further enhancing its reliability and user trust. The developed website significantly enhances the efficiency of domestic helper services. By providing a centralized, user-friendly platform, it ensures transparency, reliability, and convenience for both service providers and consumers, thereby making a tangible difference in the industry
