Abstract

Analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of credit activities for individual customers at Vietnam ExportImport Commercial Joint Stock Bank – An Giang Branch in the period of 2022– 2024, thereby helping to assess the profitability of lending activities, detect and control credit risks, support decision-making in credit strategy management, and identify factors affecting credit efficiency at the branch in the context of local economic recovery after the COVID-19 pandemic.
