Abstract

To analyze the current situation and emerging trends in cashless payment (CLP) activities among customers at Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Can Tho Branch, Bac Can Tho Transaction Office. Based on the findings, the study aims to propose practical measures to promote the development and improve the quality of CLP services for the bank's customers.
