This study considered on investigating the effects of dietary supplementation of organic acid mixtures (Santron) on the survival rate and growth of freshwater prawns (Macrobrachium rosenbergii). The experiments were conducted for 90 days to determine the most effective time interval for adding organic acid mixtures. The concentration of organic acid used in the experiment was 7.5 g Organic Acid Compounds/kg. This was the suitable concentration in the first experiment about the effects of dietary supplementation of organic acid mixtures found by Namananimana Hermethy. Freshwater prawns (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) with an initial weight of 0.06 ± 0.018 g were placed in 320 L into circular tanks (500 L) with a stocking density of 200 ind/m3. The purpose of the experiment was to determine the suitable time for Organic Acid Mixtures supplementation in the diets (daily, 2-day, 3-day, and 4-day) on survival rate and growth of the prawns (juvenile stage) at the end of the experiment. The mean values of the specific growth rate of weight ranged from 3.38 to 3.61%. The mean values of eFCR were from 1.31 to 1.40. The mean values of yield were from 0.35 – 0.44 kg/m3. The means values of the survival rate ranged from 83.04 to 84.24%. The survival rate of freshwater prawns in the treatments daily, 2-day, 3-day, and 4-day intervals did not show a significant difference (p>0.05). However, freshwater prawns in the daily treatments supplementation with OAM showed the highest values of all these parameters, confirming the best growth performance. Based on the results, it is recommended that daily feeding with Organic Acid Compounds might be a more realistic approach to freshwater prawn farmingvi_VN
