Abstract

With the rapid development of mobile technology and the increasing demand for flexible learning, mobile-based learning applications have attracted significant attention. Personal learning on mobile devices has become increasingly popular. However, many learners still face difficulties in managing study tasks, tracking progress, and maintaining learning motivation effectively. This study focuses on designing and developing a personalized learning support system on mobile devices to address these challenges. The proposed system was developed using a mobile application approach and integrates key features such as to-do lists, deadline notifications, schedules, flashcards with multiple learning modes, learning statistics, and user authentication. In addition, artificial intelligence techniques are integrated to automatically generate flashcards from textual and image-based learning materials. The system was implemented and functionally tested to evaluate its performance and usability. The results indicate that the application effectively supports learners in organizing study activities, improving learning consistency, and monitoring learning outcomes. In conclusion, the proposed system demonstrates the potential of mobile-based personalized learning support tools in enhancing learning efficiency and user engagement.
