Abstract: This thesis presents the development of a Restaurant Ordering Management System that uses QR codes for placing orders and a support chatbot to help customers during the ordering process. The system is designed to make restaurant operations faster, more accurate, and more convenient for both customers and staff. Customers can scan a QR code at their table to open a digital menu, choose dishes, add toppings, place orders, and check the status of their order in real time. A support chatbot is included to answer common questions, provide guidance, and help customers navigate the system. It uses an existing natural language processing service, which allows the chatbot to work reliably without requiring complex model development. For restaurant staff, the system provides an admin dashboard to view orders, update their status, manage menu items, and read customer feedback. The results show that combining QR ordering with chatbot assistance can reduce waiting time, minimize order mistakes, and improve overall service quality. The proposed system is practical, easy to use, and suitable for restaurants that want to move toward digital transformation.
