| Abstract: | In the context of education, effective time management and scheduling of classes, exams, and university events pose significant challenges due to their flexibility and complexity. This project presents the development of a comprehensive scheduling support application designed to address these issues. The system streamlines the management of academic timetables, events, and personal tasks through diverse input methods, including manual entry, file import, and data extraction from images via OCR technology. A key feature of the application is an automatic scheduling module based on the Backtracking algorithm, which assists students in generating conflictfree timetables for new semesters. Furthermore, the system incorporates a hierarchical workflow for faculty and staff, facilitating the creation, submission, and approval of work schedules by respective administrative units. Ultimately, this system aims to optimize time management, enhance operational efficiency, and streamline the coordination of meetings and events across the university.
