The rapid growth of pet ownership in recent years has created a strong demand for online platforms where pet owners can share experiences, access reliable information, and connect with others in the community. However, existing solutions often provide limited features, unstructured content, and lack intelligent assistance for addressing common pet-care concerns. This thesis proposes a dedicated social network designed specifically for pet owners, offering an integrated environment for posting, interacting, managing pet profiles, joining interest-based groups, communicating in real time, and discovering nearby pet owners. In addition, the system incorporates a chatbot to support users with basic guidance, frequently asked questions, and platform navigation. The results of the study demonstrate that the proposed platform enhances user engagement, improves information accessibility, and provides a more supportive and interactive experience compared to current alternatives. The thesis concludes that the system effectively addresses existing gaps and contributes a comprehensive solution for pet-owner communities.vi_VN
