| Abstract: | In the context of rapid digital transformation, online shopping has become an essential activity for both consumers and enterprises. Nevertheless, many electronic commerce websites still encounter limitations in user interaction, information retrieval, and customer support services. To overcome these challenges, this thesis presents the development of an e-commerce website for electronic devices based on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js), integrated with an AI-powered chatbot to enhance user experience and service efficiency. The proposed system provides core functionalities including user authentication, product and inventory management, shopping cart operations, order processing, and online payment integration. In addition, the chatbot, implemented using natural language processing (NLP) technology, supports real-time product search, frequently asked questions, and purchasing assistance. By combining modern web technologies with intelligent automation, the system delivers a secure and convenient shopping experience while enabling electronic businesses to optimize operational efficiency and improve customer engagement. The experimental results indicate that the developed MERN-based platform is a practical and scalable solution for digital commerce in the electronic device market. |
