Abstract: The rapid advancement of digital education has created a growing demand for accessible and effective tools for standardized test preparation. This thesis presents the design and implementation of an online IELTS Practice Platform aimed at enhancing learners' proficiency across the four core skills: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. The system is architected as a modern web application that integrates a responsive, user-centric frontend with a robust Learning Management System (LMS) backend. This service-oriented approach ensures reliable management of user data, course content, and assessment records while delivering a high-performance and interactive user experience. Key contributions of this study include the development of an authentic test simulation environment that replicates official computer-delivered IELTS conditions. Critical features such as precise timer management, section navigation, automatic answer persistence, and client-side anti-cheating mechanisms were implemented to familiarize candidates with the actual exam context. Furthermore, the platform integrates advanced Artificial Intelligence capabilities to provide instant, automated assessment for productive skills. The system evaluates Writing tasks based on official band descriptors and analyzes Speaking responses for lexical and grammatical accuracy, offering detailed, constructive feedback. To support long-term language acquisition, a supplementary vocabulary learning module utilizing spaced repetition principles was also incorporated. Testing and evaluation results indicate that the system achieves high functional reliability, provides assessment accuracy comparable to human benchmarks, and receives positive user feedback regarding usability. The project demonstrates the efficacy of combining established educational infrastructure with intelligent assessment technologies to create a scalable and personalized language learning solution.
