Abstract: The thesis entitled “Development of an Online Tourism information system for Can Tho City with Chatbot integration” aims to provide an effective digital platform that supports both tourists and local users in accessing tourism-related services. The system is developed to serve four main user groups, including guest users, registered users, administrators, and hotel owners. Guest users are provided with basic functionalities such as viewing destination information, exploring cultural events, searching for tours by category, using the chatbot for inquiries and itinerary recommendations, and registering user accounts. Registered members inherit these functions and are additionally provided with advanced features including tour booking, personalized itinerary recommendations, rating and commenting, and managing booking history. Hotel owners are responsible for operational tasks such as processing and confirming booking requests, handling customer inquiries, providing service support, and performing hotel management functions within the system. The administrator, who serves as the system manager, is granted full control over destinations, tours, events, users, and system reports. Furthermore, the platform is enhanced an AI-powered chatbot that delivers real-time consultation and personalized recommendations to users.
