| dc.description.abstract | This thesis presents the design and implementation of a modern healthcare web system that supports online appointment scheduling, doctor management, department management, and clinical–laboratory workflows. The system is built with a ReactJS frontend and a Node.js/Express backend using Sequelize ORM to ensure modularity, performance, and scalability. The platform provides two booking flows: (1) booking by doctor and (2) booking by department. It also includes a clinical-laboratory (CLS) module, allowing primary doctors to create CLS requests, assign them to clinical-laboratory doctors, and receive structured results. In addition to core medical workflows, the administrative dashboard enables comprehensive management of departments, doctors, services, clinic rooms, schedules, and user accounts through a role-based access control system. The admin panel further supports several extended operational features essential for real-world medical environments. These include managing doctors’ working rooms, approving medical articles submitted by doctors, managing article categories, reviewing and confirming user appointment requests before they are forwarded to doctors, configuring standardized time slots for system-wide scheduling, and administering the list of medicines used for prescription. The system follows RESTful API principles and places strong emphasis on usability, data consistency, and security. Evaluation shows that the system operates reliably, improves workflow efficiency for medical staff, and enhances the patient experience in digital healthcare environmen. | vi_VN |
