Abstract: In recent years, transportation has become an integral part of daily life, rendering driving a fundamental skill in modern society. As the demand for mobility increases, so does the number of individuals seeking to obtain a driver’s license. To drive legally, learners must complete both theoretical and practical examinations, with the theory test serving as a critical component for assessing knowledge of traffic laws, road signs, and safe driving practices. This project introduces the design and implementation of a mobile learning system designed to support learners in preparing for the Vietnamese driver’s license theory exam. The system offers structured theory lessons, chapter-based quizzes, and official mock exams that follow the standardized exam format. It also incorporates progress-tracking features that analyze performance and provide insights into their improvement over time. To help users address weak areas, the system includes a review module that highlights incorrect answers and reinforces essential concepts. Furthermore, a text-to-speech function is integrated to improve accessibility and support auditory learning by converting textual lesson content and explanations into spoken audio. Together, these features modernize the study experience and enhance learners’ readiness and overall performance in the official driver’s license theory examination.
