Abstract: In the era of digital transformation, online shopping has become a critical component for both consumers and businesses. However, many websites selling gaming equipments and accessories still face limitations in user interaction, product search efficiency, and customer support. To address these challenges, this thesis proposes the development of an E-Commerce Website for Gaming Equipment and Accessories using Node.js, Express, Vue.js, and an SQL database, combined with an integrated AI Chatbot to enhance user experience and service quality. The system provides core functionalities including user authentication, product management, shopping cart operations, order processing, and online payment. In addition, the integrated chatbot—built using natural language processing (NLP) technology—supports users by assisting with product searches, answering frequently asked questions, and offering real-time recommendations to improve purchasing decisions. By leveraging modern web technologies and intelligent automation, the proposed system not only delivers a seamless and secure online shopping experience but also helps gaming-related businesses optimize operational efficiency and strengthen customer engagement. The results demonstrate that this system can serve as a practical, scalable solution for digital commerce in the gaming equipment and accessories market.
