Abstract

This project develops a recruitment website integrated with a chatbot and virtual interview room to support the digital transformation of hiring processes. The system adopts a separated architecture with a Laravel RESTful API and MySQL for the backend, and Vue.js for the frontend. The platform supports four user groups: administrators, recruiters, job seekers, and guests. Administrators manage the entire system; recruiters can post jobs, manage candidates, and conduct interviews; job seekers can search for positions, apply online, and receive instant support from an intelligent chatbot. Advanced features include virtual interview rooms, application tracking, and automated result notifications. The system was tested on major browsers and operates reliably. With its modern features and applied technologies, the website offers a practical solution that enhances recruitment efficiency and provides a convenient, digital-friendly experience for job seekers.
