Abstract: Nowadays, maintaining personal health has become a major concern as people face increasing pressure from work, study, and daily life. Many individuals lack effective tools to monitor their health conditions, manage daily activities, or maintain healthy habits in a systematic manner. To address this problem, this thesis proposes the development of personal health management application that allows users to record and track important health indicators, as well as set reminders for activities such as exercise, medication intake, and water intake, while also analyzing their health status. The system is built using modern technologies, with Flutter applied for the user interface and Node.js combined with MongoDB for data storage, offering an intuitive interface and secure data management capabilities. In addition to the core health tracking functions, the application integrates a food recognition feature designed specifically for Vietnamese cuisine. Users can upload images of their meal, which are then processed using the YOLOv8n model implemented in Python to identify food types and estimate calorie intake. This feature helps users manage their nutritional habits more effectively and supports long-term health improvement. By combining comprehensive health tracking, data analysis, and intelligent food recognition, the system aims to encourage a healthier lifestyle and enhance personal health management in daily life.
