dc.description.abstractIn Vietnam's National Digital Transformation strategy, modernizing healthcare administration has become a key priority. However, many medical facilities still rely on manual, paper-based workflows, resulting in significant operational delays, data security issues, and environmental harm from excessive paper use. To address these problems, this study develops a comprehensive Clinic Management System to automate administrative tasks and to migrate patient data to an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. The system is built as a centralized web application using a modern technology stack, which includes Vue.js for a reactive user interface, Express.js for reliable backend logic, and PostgreSQL with Prisma for secure, scalable data management. The development process integrates theoretical research in information systems analysis with practical implementation, ensuring that the solution is both well-architected and user-friendly. The resulting system provides essential features, including patient registration, digitization of medical records, and automated statistical reporting. By replacing manual tasks with digital workflows, the application greatly improves operational efficiency, maintains data integrity, and promotes environmental sustainability by minimizing reliance on physical archives. This thesis shows that a well-designed web-based solution can effectively reduce the administrative burdens of traditional clinics while adhering to national digital standards.vi_VN
