dc.description.abstractIn the context of an information explosion and the current phase of nationwide digitization, the objective of transforming from new rural areas to smart rural areas is an urgent issue that the Government is concerned about. From there, it contributes to promoting the rural economy, improving the quality of people’s lives, gradually narrowing the gap in service quality between rural and urban areas, and step by step moving toward smart rural areas. From those current social contexts, I decided to choose the topic “Smart Rural Website Integrated with Security Surveillance Cameras and IoT Automation for Irrigation and Lighting” to provide an electronic portal for rural management. Smart Rural Website Integrated with Security Surveillance Cameras and IoT Automation for Irrigation and Lighting is a topic for building a website system to manage and monitor security in an area through smart surveillance camera devices, combined with environmental sensors such as temperature & humidity and other automatic IoT control devices. The purpose is to support users in monitoring cameras through real-time online camera video surveillance and parameters such as temperature and humidity. From there, users can make decisions to control other IoT devices to perform tasks such as lighting and irrigation manually or automatically. The system provides an intuitive interface for data management and configuration, especially suitable for smart rural applications. The application is built according to the client-server model: back-end (Node.js/Express, Sequelize) and front-end (React). Specifically, the back-end provides RESTfull APIs with Swagger documentation, manages users, groups permissions, cameras, sessions and sensor data (temperature, humidity), and at the same time integrates Home Assistant to read sensor status and control smart switches. The streaming component uses FFmpeg/rtsp-relay to proxy RTSP streams from cameras to the web, combined with WebSocket for real-time data transmission (video, sensor). The front-end implements an administration interface including a real-time Dashboard, a Camera management and live streaming page, Smart Switch control, user profile, and database data browsing This project is a premise for moving toward a comprehensive solution to help automate and optimize activities in agriculture and rural life. An effective tool for monitoring, managing environmental temperature & humidity, automating irrigation & lighting, and enhancing area security, contributing to increased productivity, minimizing risks, and improving the quality of life for the community. iii TABLE OF CONT.vi_VN
