ELECTRONICS E-COMMERCE WEBSITE WITH INTEGRATED AI CHATBOT

Abstract

This thesis presents the design and implementation of an electronics e-commerce website integrated with an AI chatbot. The content of the thesis includes system requirement analysis, overall system architecture design, database design, and the implementation of core functionalities such as product management, user management, shopping cart, order processing, and online payment. The system features a user-friendly interface with effective product search and filtering capabilities, along with an AI chatbot to support user consultation and inquiries. The website is developed using Node.js, Express, and ReactJS, ensuring stable operation, fulfillment of functional requirements, and scalability for future development.
